One can also reach this place by railways. The Kathgodam railway station is located at a distance of 154 km from Bageshwar. It is the only nearest railway line that connects one to Bageshwar.
The journey to the Chandrika Devi temple can be made throughout the year. However, if one wants to see the raw beauty of this place, then one must visit it between October and May.
